Thinking of Joining the Talentorium Tribe? Before you proceed, we want to ensure that you're well-informed about our policies and guidelines. Our commitment to transparency extends to every aspect of our service, including these terms and conditions. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the following information.
Please note that the following terms and conditions constitute a binding agreement (“Agreement”) between you and The Talentorium. The Talentorium reserves the right to modify, amend, supplement, and replace these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
1. Copyrights
All materials created by The Talentorium on the Site are protected by Pakistan copyright laws as original works. The absence of a registered copyright symbol does not mean that such materials are not protected as belonging to The Talentorium.
This protection extends worldwide, and any person found to be fully or partially using The Talentorium graphics, text found anywhere across email, website or social media, or content including PDF guides and course materials, will be deemed guilty of copyright infringement and becomes eligible for legal pursuit.
2. Payment
Upon filling the booking form, you will receive an invoice from The Talentorium via email requesting 100% payment in advance. All dues must be cleared within 48 hours of receiving the invoice. Once we confirm receipt, you will be able to book your coaching calls.
3. Scheduling
All services and coaching calls must be booked within 30 days of the payment confirmation. Failing to schedule them within 30 days will result in cancellation of your service without a refund.
Once scheduled, coaching calls are considered set appointments. If needed, you may request to reschedule a session by providing at least 24 hours notice for a new session within the 30-day period. Failure to reschedule within this timeframe will result in cancellation of the service without a refund.
4. Refund
Quick Fix: Due to the digital nature of the service, there are no refunds under any circumstances.
The Next Step: Once your call is scheduled, there will be no refunds under any circumstances.
LinkedIn GlowUp & Resume GlowUp: Due to the digital nature of the service, there are no refunds under any circumstances.
The Big Move: A partial refund can be made after the 1st coaching call is complete. No refunds will be allowed after the 2nd coaching call is scheduled.
5. Revisions
Quick Fix: Due to the digital nature of the service, no revisions will be allowed.
The Next Step: Due to the digital nature of the service, no revisions will be allowed.
The Big Move: Unlimited revisions are allowed for the resume and LinkedIn glow-up included in the package.
LinkedIn Glowup and Resume Glowup: Only 2 revisions on each service will be allowed.
6. Client Responsibility
For LinkedIn and resume glow-ups, clients are required to fill out a prep document to provide any missing information on their resume or LinkedIn profile. Failure to share this information within 2 weeks of request will result in the service being paused without any refund.
To reactivate the service, a 50% reactivation fee of the original service price will be required.
Moreover, clients are responsible for providing authentic career information, and the company holds no liability for inaccuracies
7. Materials
All materials available for download on the site or provided to you as a free resource as part of the service are intended for viewing purposes only. You may not modify, copy, or transfer the materials for commercial purposes.
If The Talentorium discovers that you have illegally misappropriated or used any of the materials you were granted access to, you will be blacklisted from any future services.
8. Testimonials
By signing up for any of The Talentorium services, you waive the right to anonymity. Any word of praise or testimonials shared via feedback forms, direct messages/emails with Fatemah Sajwani, or on social media including Instagram and/or LinkedIn can be used for promotional materials for The Talentorium.
9. Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions, along with any other legal notices, policies, and guidelines of The Talentorium linked to these terms and conditions or contained on this Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and The Talentorium. This Agreement supersedes any prior understandings or agreements (whether oral or written), claims, representations, and understandings of the parties regarding such subject matter. The Agreement may not be amended or modified except by The Talentorium.
