Our commitment to transparency extends to every aspect of our service, including these terms and conditions. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the following information.

Please note that the following terms and conditions constitute a binding agreement (“Agreement”) between you and Falico Ventures LLC, the legal entity behind The Talentorium. The Talentorium reserves the right to modify, amend, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice.

1. Copyrights

All materials created by The Talentorium are protected under United States and Pakistan copyright laws. The absence of a copyright symbol does not indicate a lack of protection. Unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, or distribution of our materials—including website content, email copy, social media posts, PDF guides, or service deliverables—constitutes copyright infringement and may lead to legal action under applicable laws in either or both jurisdictions.

2. Payment

Upon submitting your booking form, you will receive an invoice via email issued by Falico Ventures LLC (The Talentorium). All payments must be made in full within 48 hours of receipt. Services will only be confirmed upon successful payment.

3. Scheduling

For single-session services (LinkedIn Glowup, Resume Glowup, The Next Step), sessions must be scheduled within 30 days of payment confirmation.

For multi-session services (including but not limited to The Big Move), sessions must be scheduled in alignment with the overall service validity period outlined below.

Once a session is scheduled, it is considered a confirmed appointment. Clients may request to reschedule by providing at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Failure to provide adequate notice or reschedule within the applicable timeframe will result in the session being forfeited without refund.

4.Service Validity & Completion Timeline

All services offered by The Talentorium are time-bound and require active client participation to be completed successfully.

For multi-session services (including but not limited to The Big Move), all sessions must be scheduled and completed within 90 days from the first session.

Failure to utilize the service within this timeframe will result in automatic closure of the service without refund, and any remaining sessions or deliverables will be forfeited.

The Talentorium is not responsible for delays caused by lack of communication, incomplete submissions, missed deadlines, or inactivity from the client’s end. No extensions to the service validity period will be granted under any circumstances.

5. Refund

1. Quick Fix: Due to the digital nature of the service, there are no refunds under any circumstances.

2. The Next Step: Once your call is scheduled, there will be no refunds under any circumstances.

3. LinkedIn GlowUp & Resume GlowUp: Due to the digital nature of the service, there are no refunds under any circumstances.

4. The Big Move: A partial refund can be made after the 1st coaching call is complete. No refunds will be allowed after the 2nd coaching call is scheduled.

6. Revisions

1. Quick Fix: Due to the digital nature of the service, no revisions will be allowed.

2. The Next Step: Due to the digital nature of the service, no revisions will be allowed.

3. The Big Move: Unlimited revisions are allowed for the resume and LinkedIn glow-up included in the package.

4. LinkedIn Glowup and Resume Glowup: Only 2 revisions on each service will be allowed.

7. Client Responsibility

Clients are expected to actively participate and provide all required information, documents, and responses in a timely manner to enable smooth delivery of services.

For LinkedIn and Resume GlowUps (including components within The Big Move), clients are required to complete the prep document or share all requested materials within 14 days of request. Failure to do so will result in the service being paused or cancelled without refund.

To reactivate a paused or cancelled service, a 50% reactivation fee of the current service price will be required.

Reactivation will be carried out under the current scope, structure, and pricing of the service at the time of reactivation, regardless of the original purchase date.

The Talentorium reserves the right to pause or terminate services in cases of prolonged inactivity, delayed communication, failure to meet required timelines, or lack of engagement from the client’s end. The Talentorium also reserves the right to reassess the scope of work at the time of reactivation and may require a full re-engagement if the previous service is no longer applicable.

Clients are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and authenticity of all information provided. The Talentorium holds no liability for any inaccuracies or misrepresentations.

8. Materials

All resources, templates, guides, and written content shared during or after the service are for personal use only. Sharing, repurposing, or reselling this material is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized use may result in legal action and blacklisting from future services.

9. Testimonials

By signing up for any of The Talentorium services, you waive the right to anonymity. Any word of praise or testimonials shared via feedback forms, direct messages/emails with Fatemah Sajwani, or on social media including Instagram and/or LinkedIn can be used for promotional materials for The Talentorium.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, along with any other legal notices, policies, and guidelines of The Talentorium linked to these Terms or contained on this Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Falico Ventures LLC, the legal entity behind The Talentorium.

This Agreement supersedes any prior understandings or agreements (whether oral or written), claims, representations, and understandings of the parties regarding such subject matter. No amendment or modification of this Agreement shall be valid unless made by Falico Ventures LLC (The Talentorium) in writing.

11. Entire Agreement

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States, where Falico Ventures LLC is registered. For international clients, services are rendered in accordance with applicable U.S. business laws unless stated otherwise.
